Says it’s open online, it wasn’t, 20min drive wasted, oh and they’ve held my parcel for over 10days with no card sent to my door, I have no idea where my delivery is?? Can’t go after work because it’s closed !! Awful service

Today we have received really great support for our first British passport- to be 27 December, with limited number of staff, we have been helped by a very efficient gentleman that has done all the checks foreseen by the paper check and send passport service.
