No soap in the toilets. Toilets and forecourt rubbish bins overflowing. Toilet floor covered in urine and smelled disgusting. Shop generally dirty. Gross place.

Place massively improved with 'Beer Cave and toilets. Why, then, has some idiot decided to deny customers the use of hand-baskets on the way in and bags on the way out!
