Used to be excellent service here with polite and friendly staff. Sadly no more. Very rude and ignorant staff with Zero customer service skills. It’s as if they don’t want to be there, like robots. Pity they didn’t leave and hand it over to someone who understands the community and how to be personable.

Absolutely appalling service. When I rang to make a complaint the manager laughed. Sheppards, you should be ashamed to have such an ignorant, unhelpful employee. What an attitude! Avoid at all costs.
