The room was lovely and clean and very spacious. The receptionist was amazing, I think her name was Marnie. Marnie couldn’t do enough for you and always had a smile on her face. Marnie knew a lot about the local area including places to take my little one.

I stayed at this hotel very last minute due to a family emergency. I had to travel to Wales from Scotland at very short notice and called to book a family room en route. Receptionist could not have been more helpful and booking was extremely fast and was able to add breakfast which i didn't even think of ! Room was spotless,... read full comment

We visit this hotel many times a year . The staff are always so welcoming and accommodating. It’s used as a base for visitors doing many outdoor activities and they still manage to keep it extremely clean. Well done for your hard work. Nothing is too much trouble . Will be there for our next trip .
