Posted a parcel to this post office so a friend could pick it up over a month ago and cannot get into contact no matter how many times I call or on what day it just says call failed.

best staff staff of any post office in the valley , julie and lynn are both amazing staff there customer service and knowledge are second to none , always with a smile , two of the brightest and best people serving in any shop in maesteg and others really need to take note as this is how customer service is done profffesionally...
