Small pharmacy with a place to collect your prescription. It is a trusted Pharmacy so it usually gets quite busy. It is quite small when the queue becomes large. It sells nappies and toddlers. Utterly useless, unfriendly. Unprofessional.Even when dealing with known palliative care patients there is no empathy.All the staff look like they wish they didn’t turn up for work.I wish boots or the senior management would address this problem.Unfortunately some patients have no choice but to use this branch.If I could... read full comment
