It’s always a shame that the service here is so lacking! After a number of refurbs and a good menu you would think that staff training would be part of it. I went there today and the Electronic self ordering units were all in use and there were 9 people including myself waiting to access them. No one came up to help as it was obvious that a few people had no idea how to use them. I left and went to a local cafe where I was served within minutes. Tesco cafes were nice places... read full comment
