I called for a repeat prescription and was totally ignored by staff. I went to doctors to book an appointment with nurse and went back 5 minutes later and I had to shout is anyone serving here as was totally ignored again. No other customers in shop ??

Came for a weeks break from Liverpool to llangollen and forgot my inhalers after 45 minutes on the phone to my GP he said I can't help you .I went to the local chemist and found the most friendly helpful staff and pharmacist who said no problem we can sort this out what a relief for me as the cost would of been 50pounds...
