Really unpleasant and unhelpful reaction from one member of staff, to enquiry about online pick-up, of item not stocked in branch. Really sad that branches are disappearing and store experience does not encourage use.

Went into Boots Trostre Park Llanelli today to buy some makeup. Lady on makeup was not interested in helping me so I left the store without buying anything. Shame, if only they trained their staff better. Every customer is important!
