Called in today to buy a pair of trainers, found the ones I liked but finding a member of staff on the shop floor was impossible, after 10 min of hanging around I decided to leave empty handed,

Bought a pair of trainers at the end of January and the soles started to come off. Took them back to the shop who were very helpful and replaced with no fuss at all.
