What an awful visit. Firstly, the store didn't smell pleasant.. then one of the staff members K.D rushing around walked into my little girl to get the ladders he was very rude to my partner too and asked her to 'move' not a please in site, on other hand the lad on the till was amazing and very kind....

Really traumatising experience in the Llandudno store. Smyths toy stores refuse returns for any reason and will neither refund or exchange a purchase. You will not be able to exchange anything whether it be faulty or have a manufacturing fault. Their policy is one of “it’s not our problem, return it to the manufacturer”.... read full comment
