Went to branch with mother to report my father having passed away. Absolutely awful experience . Just walked in to inquire about how to set up a student account , and the customer service I think was the worst I’d ever received. I wish I’d caught the girls name but she was so rude and constantly digging me out as if willing me to leave. She was so uninterested in what I had to say... read full comment

Awful customer service from Zoe at the llandudno store. She did not want to help me with my issue. Could not make me an apt, so took my number and never rang me back.
