Called for the frist time for repeat prescription . Everything was there even things I'd not been able to get from the last chemist the staff was nice and polite and there wasn't a long queue or waiting time

They dont answer their calls or text messages . Unless your very lucky.Otherwise the counter staff are great and probably too busy to answer the phone . This indicates to me that there is maybe a staff shortage.
