Phoned to see what documents I needed for someone to pick up my parcel …. Was screamed at, then he hung up …. He needs to learn some manners and people skills … horrible man … someone will end up bopping him on the nose !!!!

Don't bother going. Dingy place ran by a loud man who has no respect for anyone other than himself. Will lie and cheat to get you out the door or get more money out of you. It's worth travelling to go literally anywhere else.
