I wanted something that wasn't on the shelf and asked a staff member (not the right person apparently) but she went out of her way to find the appropriate staff member who then went off to find what I wanted from the store out the back. Always found staff helpful and friendly. They are well trained.

Why are the things you buy on a weekly basis going up in price, and other things ate staying the sabre of falling??? Your crisps are rising at an astonishing rate!! Not just a few pence but 50p or more at a time!!
