Arrived here very shortly before closing time at 22:00 and not a soul in site. Not great when low on fuel and relying on the service! Bad look for Shell!

Ordered a TooGoodToGo bag. Arrived to be told they had none left; they could have cancelled the order to save me travelling, but the single staff member working there claimed not to know how to do this. She then refused to refund me. I left my number for someone to get in touch with me about the refund, no-one bothered... read full comment
