Absolute jobsworths, in future i’ll go further out of my way for a friendlier more helpful service. It beggars belief how some people get a job dealing with people when they have such an appalling attitude towards the public.

Fabulous service from Claire as she helped me navigate an issue caused by Royal Mail not sending the correct email confirmation for my parcel. Absolute superstar! I wasn’t going to send any more parcels via this route but Claire’s action changed that.

Been there today 2/10/23 to post a big parcel, was served by a Lady called Julie who couldn't of been more helpful! She advised me of all the options & the best & safest way to post this parcel, all the Staff are very helpfull here, would highly recommend! ? xxx
