Reported to Trading Standards Scotland. Frame broke on replacement Giant Roam 2 bike. They agreed by email & phone they would honour Giant's life time frame guarantee. Wheelies now not responding to email & telephone support have no record of claim ref num. Problem reported 20/1/2020!

I was very worried by reading almost all of these reviews about Wheelies. To be honest I've had a very good experience. Customer service was great, polite and easy to get hold of. Please take note of the negative reviews as they are spot on avoid this company at all costs.
