I bought an item which had a fault. I am 4 weeks into trying to get a refund and they are still failing miserably to sort it out. They don't stock their own products and sell products from a company called Nisbets.I am really frustrated with the whole process. Couldn't reccomend them or Nisbets less.

Heritage Topper didnt last must passed 18 months, lumpy and unusable.Toppers should last up to 4-5 years.How come the same topper we had from Mitre last near on 4 years with the same care taken.Email from Mitre ignore, no answer when calling.Company has ZERO interest in customer care.AVOID.
