Why are you never open at times most people can get to you. 8-10 on Monday is useless. And closing at 2pm the rest of the week is no good either! Most people don’t finish work till 5pm! And even worse you have not put the tracking number on the failed to deliver slip so can reschedule delivery and your automated phone... read full comment

States online they are open went all the way there yo collect christmas presents for them to be closed and all staff laughing outside the gates. Should be ashamed of themselves all for bloody extra pay it's a joke
