My daughter just arrived to collect her parcel that Royal mail had just delivered there. she has just been told by the staff, i can see your parcel on the shelve but you cannot have it. it was delivered 30 mins ago but it now has to be checked in by a qualified person before i can give it to you, there is nobody available...

Visited this post office as I was passing through the area. A lady I think was called Sharon, was really helpful and although there was a queue she was efficient and smiley throughout.

I usually wouldn’t post a review for a shop like post office, but Sharon was so lovely to me when I went in and she really cheered me up. Shout out to her!
