Just received a parcel delivered by FedEx. It came absolutely damaged, driver who left it almost destroyed my front doors knocking like crazy. When I opened then I've only seen back of his van. Online I ask for collection service instead of delivery. After a few minutes when this happened I got an email that my parcel is out for delivery. Who knows when it will arrive, and I went there for nothing. Absolute unprofessional team
