If I could give 0 stars I would... 2 days late for express delivery, comes to the 3rd day still nothing, checked the tracking number and attempt delivery was made... When? No card? He was parked outside my home and I waited for him to come out the van and bring my parcels... He just drove off I even attempted to run up... read full comment

I don't know why any one sends parcels with royal mail. They never just deliver like every other service. Then they take it back here amd are open at inconvenient times for anyone with a job !
