Darren was awesome. We finally got around to buying the tiles we wanted only to find out that the feature tiles were no longer available. Darren suggested another tile from the same range and saved the day. Excellent customer service.

I experienced great service in the store. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I ordered online because of home delivery.

What lovely staff! Soo helpful and gave us tips on putting the tiles up and how to cut them. Only went to look but fell in love with the tiles so bought them home. Had a lovely hot chocolate and marshmellows too. We are both disabled but no need to worry,they happily filled the car for us. Great service and returning today...
