REDUCED HOURS 8-10AM!! Wtfff. Thanks for royally shafting us with those times whenever you miss your mail would have to wait until the weekend if cannot redirect it somewhere else… what a JOKE PLEASE SORT THIS ISSUE OUT. Atleast RE-OPEN 4-7PM for collections??

If I could give Royal Mail 0 stars, I would. Moved into my new build property in October, didn't receive any mail for 2, going on nearly 3, months. Please when delivering parcels could you check you are delivering them to the correct address. We had a notification that one had been delivered and signed for yesterday but we hadnt received it. Luckily this time we managed to chase it up where it had been delivered to and pick it up at the address it had been left at.
