Recently, the safety chain on my pandora bracelet broke, a link came apart. Went into Pandora in Cwmbran today, a lovely young lady called Abby served me. She listened to what happened, then out of the blue said, if you take the charms off the charm, I will replace the safety chain, free of charge. I genuinely didn't expect...
