Just a warning I had items as gifts for Xmas and I needed to exchange them for the next size up. When I went to exchange them for the next size up I was charged money to exchange for the next size up, before I paid I asked is this right as this is the only store I heard of that charges different prices per sizes. Couldn’t find the right colour of a coat in store at the Cardiff branch. Called and spoke to Tracy in the Cwmbran branch about 10 times, super helpful and patient with me. Now I’ve bought 2 coats instead of 1..
