I came in today to open a new account. I was served by Suparna and I must say she was fantastic. She was extremely helpful and was very friendly. I was done in about an hour and everything was explained perfectly. Genuinely a credit to the company . Hot choc was quite nice too

This branch lost my £2000 cheque so had to wait for over a week for it to be sorted. Shocking service do not recommend! How an earth do you loose a customers cheque?
