Absolute waste of time depositing cash in here! Six staff stood around with no cashier booths open. Got told to put cash in the cashing in machine and only accepts 50 notes at one time. Don't waste your time with this bank, just go to the post office instead!

Just went into Halifax in Cwmbran and said I’m looking to pay money in and I want to use the till to speak to a person, the women’s response you are speaking to a person, I was like wow! She said you can use the machine I said that isn’t speaking to a person! I just walked out absolutely unbelievable.. rude
