I had new number plates fitted at the Cwmbran store today and the service I received was brilliant. The plates look really smart and they topped up my screen wash and checked my oil as part of my visit as part of their free health check service. Would highly recommend!

The staff always treat me with respect. Jon was very busy but made 4 customers feel special. Myself and another customer were very novicey when it came to maintenance of our cycles. Jon spoke in language we could understand. Some cycle shops love to make you feel lesser than them because you don’t have a cycling background....

Purchase a wiper blade for my car.After using their in house system in which you enter the car registration number, the wiper would not fit.On returning it I was told that they ‘didn’t stock the blade for my car’!What’s the point of a car reg system when it recommend a wiper that actually doesn’t fit the car!!
