Absolutely disgusting customer service. Was waiting over half hour to be seen and was not even acknowledged once or even apologised for the wait. Multiple people were waiting as well who walked out in disgust due to waiting so long. We Ended up walking out and no one even batted an eyelid. Lack of staff in the shop speaks... read full comment
