Isles usually partially blocked with staff unloading / repacking displays in mornings. I would have expected this to have been completed under normal circumstances before the shop opens !

Whilst I find Waitrose to be an excellent store with great products, the transition to automated checkouts which absolutely refuses to read the vouchers on my phone will compel me to return to using the manual till. It is a simple choice of waiting in one queue or another and I shall choose the less frustrating; great... read full comment

Really really disappointed. Choice of items really poor. We had planned to get food for the weekend but found nothing we fancied.
