Went to the post office today for the first time , I found Mary very helpful, explained everything to me about recorded delivery and had loads of patience. Mary was chatty and very friendly I think I will still go again even when our post office opens in St Brides.

Just went in to post a parcel and had the most appalling customer service I have ever had in my life and I am 52.The woman who served me had the worst attitude about me asking about proof of postage.I said 'will I get a receipt to show will show me so I can check if they received the parcel".SHE ROLLED HER EYES AT...

The old woman behind the counter in this shop has a terrible attitude and clearly does not enjoy working in a shop. Won’t stop here again!
