Absolutely ridiculous I go to the HSBC in Llandudno to be told they hold no cash and I have to go to colwyn bay so I did all I wanted to do was cash a cheque British Gas sent me it said it was fine if I didn’t have a HSBC account to go in with two forms of ID so I went in with a letter and my passport all in date all...
