Just popped in to pay some money into one of my online accounts, The man running the shop is extremely rude, bad manners and miscounted my money and accused me of giving him £10 less, After he recounted he realised the amount was in fact correct but i got no apology, i cracked a joke and he said you do that one more time... read full comment

I am really disgusted in how the staff in family shopper or these days all me and my partner wanted to do is put money in my bank and he wouldn’t even let me do that family shopper needs to be taken over by new management
