Hmm... OK it's a charity shop and I guess slack should be cut as maybe the staff are volunteers - but there's simply no excuse for rudeness. Went in to buy a simple scarf. Was greeted by... sorry - was totally ignored by... a staff member in a very not busy store in the middle of the afternoon. One who, despite me happily...
