Staff are always helpful and pleasant, but I don't feel the shopping experience is what it should be the shop is over stocked and it feels like your shopping at a market not a boutique staff tell me this is to do with head office I complained to them but unfortunately no response

Love this shop and have bought loads from you. I travel from Aberdare to go there. Was very disappointed to find it closed today despite the website saying it was open and the opening times showing open 11am to 4pm. Change the information if you no longer open on a Sunday please.
