Carmarthen pharmacy review. Since acquiring the other pharmacy located in the same car park, the service has been poor. On countless occasions repeat prescriptions are not being supplied. Terrible Pharmacy , one employee very rude and virtually accused me of not telling the truth when I stated that I had previously been receiving our prescriptions from them every month for years. I have always found this pharmacy efficient and the staff helpful and knowledgeable. Only giving them 4 stars 'cos nothing is ever absolutely perfect!
