Unsure of previous reviews but my experience has been exactly opposite! I usually hate going to banks but I was thoroughly surprised by my visit to this branch. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They communicated well and kept checking if I needed any help. Overall, I'm very happy :)

Very bad customer service. They hire new people, didn’t train them properly. long queues, angry and disappointedTime to change bank!!!
