Never had a Costa from here before, pretty bad quality compared to main Costa branches really bitter coffee and didn't have the syrup I asked for, tasted more like a McDonald's coffee. I think the staff need a little more training on the machine.

Went in to buy a coffee at 8.10 to be told that they only sell tea at this time of night as the shop closes at 8.25 and they only have 5 minutes to clear up?? 2 staff on happily giving very poor service

Great experience here today - a very polite and resourceful colleague called Bryony on the 1st floor helped me to find what I needed very efficiently - Bravo!
