A wonderful chain of bookstores scattered across the UK. They offer a wide variety of books, catering to all ages from children to adults. They have vast catalogues of history, fiction, new releases, how-to's and even offer an impressive Manga selection. Prices aren't amazing but it's clean, the staff are great (if it's not so busy they're rushed off their feet), and there is a free public disabled toilet on the ground floor that's always in a good state... unless Greg has been in there -_-
