Had good experiences before but the shorter blonde-ish woman behind the till was extremely rude today no customer service skills at all, judging by the other reviews not the first time she’s been like this ? won’t let me return a raincoat because it got some rain on it on my way to the shop, super passive aggressive?

Two girls in there definitely don't care about the business, which is a real shame as they have some real quality items. Went in at 5:20pm (I understand the shop closes at 5:30pm) I was told we are closing in 2 minutes ?. My partner wanted to quickly try a item on but was told the changing room was closed and locked.
