There is no lift to the first floor so have to carry cases up the steps.plus no ramp from the car park just about 12 steps not the place to stay if you have bad kneesRooms: Room very good

A newy refurbished unit. It is a 100% improvement.Lots of parking.Unfortunately disabled access is not good. There is a disabled car park at the end of the building but if you have Mobility problems it is quite a long walk.I had accedsible room 3. Initial arrival after a long day, the receptionist was very helpful and gave us the key for our room. After around 20 mins we realised we weren't able to switch main light off.
