Took my mother-in-law for food for her birthday. We had carvery which was really nice, I had parsley sauce on mine. Staff were very polite and the carvery server was very funny with the mother-in-law as she wanted a small Yorkshire pudding and gave her what looked like a pancake. We had a giggle. We had a one night stay to give us time to catch up on our Christmas shopping and to go to the Christmas Market. We have stayed at Whitchurch Travelodge a few times but this is the first time on the top floor the rooms are smaller moreso due to the sloping ceiling the shower is small with just a curtain which sticks to... read full comment

Not like the standard Travelodge! This building will benefit from complete renovation and upgrade as everywhere look so old and laidback. From the doors, keys, bathrooms and even WI-FI needs to be upgraded. Not a pleasant experience as I have to check out without staying the entire duration I booked for.
