I’m with them around fifteen years before is very very good Service and customer care but from last year they are very bad service and also they put my monthly rent £10 up last and this year £6 pounds more I not understand I have contacted for two years never again we all friends go to different networks no more three

I had visited three stores with my friend. But a guy’s behaviour who works there named Shaz was not behaving nice to us. Terrible customer service. I left 1 star review about two years ago. They should get a negative star this time! Absolutely shocking how they treat customers
