Depressing, filthy inside and out; shelves and checkout area grungy.I have raised this with staff, and via online feedback to no avail. Aparently Tesco no longer employ a cleaner at this store.Staff are always busyFrequent beggars make using the cashpoint a nightmare, hustling for cash / cigarettes.

Can’t give zero stars! Terrible customer service. Appalling! visited the store in Ely COwbridge Rd to use their Evri parcel collection service, advised to wait 2 minutes and will get your parcel, waited approx 15 mins and having asked on the three occasions to get my parcel, the staff continued picking items for online... read full comment
