Awful service. The staff were unhelpful and there was no option to place an order with a human. Everyone around 7 people were all struggling to use the machines yet not help or alternative way of ordering was provided. The atmosphere became very stressful as everyone was frustrated. Parkfield house, Cardiff. What an absolute disgrace, over 30 minutes waiting for a sub. Staff completely useless with a whomever shouts loudest gets served first regardless of order time. Subways have McDonald's style service screen, no ordering with a person which seems odd for a subways!
