Rude employees, homeless people harassing us when we left the shop. We got shouted at by the shop keeper for taking too long to make a purchase.

Supremely overpriced items!! Especially the import crisps! Bought 5 bags of crisps and spent 20 pounds!! No prices on Anything!!

Lovely room with nice staff and a great stay in Cardiff, the hotel is in a fantastic location and was also very quiet even though it is right in the centre city, clean rooms and a nice bar I would definitely stay there again
