Awful bank in general. Their app is stuck in the Stone Age and has been made cheaply so reverts users to their website, which then asks you to ring in. Over simple queries like change of details etc needed to access the app.Absolutely backwards and didn’t have the same issue with Revolut who have a much better app which...

I was served recently by Andrea, who assisted me with deposit and her proactive assistance on savings helped me save and get a lot better interest rate than I currently was on. Andrea was courteous, helpful and understood what would be best for me and assisted accordingly. Great experience overall. Thank you Andrea :)
