The room was supposed to be a Premier plus room, there wasn't towels for 2, there was no coffee for the machine, and the water glasses 1 was cracked, and rubbish from in the room. The breakfast was ok, but every cup was dirty , tables were sticky.

Clean spacious room. ..Everything on site that you need and very friendly helpful reception. Restaurant available and plenty of parking. Location quite central but taxis needed to get around if you're not driving

Had a lovely short break in Cardiff staying at the Cardiff City South Premier Inn. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were spotlessly clean and lovely comfy beds. Breakfast and evening meals also very good, with plenty to choose from the menu. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay.
